Our frontline team of CAUSE Carer Advocates are empathetic individuals and experienced carers, employed to assist you in the following ways:

• Offering you a listening ear and enabling you to talk in confidence about your concerns and any issues that arise for them

•  Providing you with information about services and support groups that will help you with your needs and concerns

• Assisting you in identifying programmes that can empower you and help you deal with your situation

• Supporting you in your relationship with the cared for person

• Encouraging your involvement with professionals in treatment and care plans

• Informing you of your rights
